This policy explains what personal data STAQKD collects, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. It applies to the platform at staqkd.com.

2. Data We Collect

We collect data you provide directly (email address, display name, optional profile details), data generated by your use of the platform (orders, trades, deposits, withdrawals, settled positions), and technical data necessary to operate the service (IP address, browser metadata, session cookies).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, investigate fraud or market abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies and Session Tokens

The platform uses httpOnly session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Locale and trading-mode preferences are stored in additional cookies you can clear at any time.

5. Wallet Addresses

When you connect a wallet via SIWE or set a default withdrawal address, the wallet address is stored against your account. On-chain activity tied to that address is public on Polygon by design.

6. Sharing With Third Parties

We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, email, error tracking) only as needed to operate the platform, subject to confidentiality obligations. We disclose data to authorities when legally required.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for the period required to comply with applicable law (typically up to seven years for financial records).

8. Your Rights

9. International Transfers

We operate on infrastructure that may process data outside your country of residence. We use contractual protections where applicable to safeguard transfers.

10. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted transport, encrypted backups, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

11. Children

The platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change.
