1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using STAQKD, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. The platform is not available in jurisdictions where prediction markets are prohibited.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Trading and Markets

Outcome shares trade on the platform’s order book. Prices reflect market sentiment about real-world events. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Custody and Deposits

USDC deposits on Polygon are credited to your account once confirmed on-chain. The platform holds funds in custody on your behalf, governed by the custody model defined in our security documentation.

6. Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals to a destination address bound to your account. Withdrawals are subject to per-user caps and ops review.

7. Resolution and Settlement

Markets resolve via the oracle pipeline. Settled positions credit your account balance and become available for withdrawal.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not engage in market manipulation, multi-account abuse, automated scraping beyond published API limits, or any activity that violates applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. STAQKD does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of resolution sources, or specific trading outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STAQKD’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid to STAQKD in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
